WT-GH-Series

Annealing and hardening furnace

The switchgear is state of the art. For example, solid-state contactors are used instead of conventional contactors. The advantage over conventional contactors, apart from the very low wear (conventional contactors have to be replaced at regular intervals), is the silent cycling.

Drifting furnaces – model range

WT-M 110-13

This furnace is specially made for cupola samples of precious metals and ashing processes. It is essential that the insulation and the heating are protected from escaping gases and vapors, therefore the furnace WT-M 110/13 is used.The useful space of the furnace is formed by a specially designed ceramic muffle, which can be easily replaced. The furnace user can easily pull it out to the front for replacement without disassembly. The furnace is equipped with an integrated exhaust air vent for the removal of vapors.

WT-SBT Series

The salt bath furnaces of the WT-SBT series are suitable for the heat treatment of metals in neutral and active salt baths. Processes such as nitriding up to 600°C, carburizing up to 950°C or bright annealing up to 1000°C can be realized. The picture shows the furnace without switchgear and without edge extraction. Wendel-Tec bogie hearth furnaces are used for annealing and hardening of large and heavy parts made of cast or tool steel. Maximum temperatures of 1200 °C and 1400 °C are possible, depending on the model.

The product can be charged on the movable bogie hearth outside the furnace or moved out for cooling. If you use additional bogies, you have the possibility to charge new products and save energy by using the already heated furnace.
