Operator interface

TC705 & TC707

Intuitives Benutzerinterface und Logging auf USB.Wandregler neu definiert

The new bentrup TC70x controller family redefines the control and monitoring of industrial processes. With an innovative operating and display concept, these controllers offer intuitive operation via a high-contrast LC display, which indicates process deviations through color changes. Comprehensive data logging in CSV format ensures seamless documentation of all process values.

Thanks to state-of-the-art communication interfaces such as Bluetooth, USB, and WebServer, the controllers can be easily integrated into existing networks and control systems. The TC70x series is designed for versatile applications in ceramics, metal processing, and heat treatment technology, providing precise control, real-time clock-controlled program starts, and smart user guidance.

TC705

The bentrup TC705 is a powerful handheld or wall-mounted controller that provides a clear display of all key process values on a 4.5” LC display.

Operation is intuitive via a capacitive touch interface with acoustic feedback. With up to 99 storable programs and continuous data logging in CSV format, the TC705 ensures precise control for applications in ceramics and metal processing.

The adaptive control technology (P/PI/PID) with continuous auto-tune guarantees optimal process conditions. Thanks to its real-time clock, programs can be started and stopped on schedule, making this controller ideal for industrial applications with fixed work cycles.

TC707

The bentrup TC707 sets new standards in process control with flexible firing curve design of up to 99 segments.

In addition to the powerful features of the TC705, the TC707 offers integrated Bluetooth connectivity, enabling direct integration with the bentrup WebBox or WinControl. This allows remote monitoring and control via app or real-time program starts – for example, automatically switching on the kiln at the beginning of a shift.

Furthermore, the TC707 supports temperature compensation control for multi-zone kilns and offers extensive expandability through the bentrup IO-Box. Ideal for complex industrial processes requiring maximum flexibility and smart automation.
